WOMENS
We've used the "Madison System" where there are no weight divisions. Competitors will be matched closest to their weight until the pool of available female competitors is such that we can create a formal female CACC weight-classes. Women's Tag Team up to 450 lbs combined.
All submissions are allowed except as stated below:
- No intentional striking, kicking, biting, eye gouging, spitting, hair pulling, groin attacks, fish hooking (instant disqualification).
- No sticking a finger into any orifice (including, but not limited to, the eye, nose, mouth, any open wound/sore, or anus).
- No individual finger/ toe attacks (competitors must grab 4 fingers or 5 toes).
- Rope Break/Out-of-bounds/Passivity - If an athlete goes intentionally out-of-bounds, forces a rope break, or is passive, the athlete will be given two warnings, a third time will result in the loss of a Fall. All rope breaks/out-of-bounds/passivity call requires both athletes to reset standing and come to scratch in the center of the ring. For Championship matches, each infraction (per fall) will result in the loss of one point.
- Overtime - In the event of no pin/submission (or an even score in Championship matches), the match goes into a sudden death period; the first pin, submission wins or point-loss determined the winner.
SINGLE CATCH-AS-CATCH-CAN
- Victory obtained by Pinfall, Submission, Knockout, Count-Out, or Disqualification
- All matches are best of 3 falls unless otherwise stipulated.
- 5-minute time limit per fall with a one-minute rest period between. Championship matches have a ten-minute time limit per fall.
- Win, lose, or draw format except Championship matches which will use the following point system:
- Each athlete starts each fall with 5 points.
- Each rope escape/out-of-bounds/passivity call will cost the athlete a point.
- Likewise, every high amplitude throw will cost the thrown athlete one point.
- In the event of a draw, the athlete with the most points remaining will be given the decision.
- Pin must be both shoulder blades for a full 3 count.
- All matches occur in a ring or mat.
- Horizontal slamming allowed although spiking is strictly forbidden.
- Strangles allowed
TRIPLE SHOOT
- Three competitor format where only two can be in the match at one time while the third waits on the ring apron. Competitors eliminated via Pin, Submission, Knock-Out, Count Out, of Disqualification.
- The waiting competitor can tag in anytime they can touch an active competitor while holding the tag rope, the tagged competitor then has a 5 count to exit the ring and grab the tag rope.
- All matches are 1 fall unless otherwise stipulated.
- 5-minute time limit per fall with a one-minute rest period between. Draws will result in one overtime match. If there is another draw, the winner will be decided by judges based upon domination, activity, and ring generalship.
TAG TEAM CATCH-AS-CATCH-CAN
- Victory obtained by Pinfall, Submission, Knockout, Count-Out, or Disqualification
- 5-minute time limit per fall with a one-minute rest period between. Championship matches have a ten-minute time limit per fall.
- Only 1 wrestler from each team faces off at a time, 1:1. Non-active partners must be on apron, holding tag rope. Can tag partner in at any time (blind tags allowed as long as the referee sees it).
- Each wrestler will have a 5 count to assist (i.e., "double team") and exit ring after tag is made.
- All matches are best of 3 falls unless otherwise stipulated.
- Win, lose, or draw format except Championship matches which will use the following point system:
- Both teams start each fall with 5 points.
- Each rope escape/out-of-bounds will cost the team a point.
- Likewise, every high amplitude throw will cost the team of the thrown athlete one point.
- In the event of a draw, the team with the most points will be given the decision.
- Pin must be both shoulder blades for a full 3 count.
- All matches occur in a ring or mat.
- Horizontal slamming allowed although spiking is strictly forbidden.
- Strangles allowed
