Full Coach Certification
(500 Units)
Perfect for: Elite practitioners ready to represent Scientific Wrestling at the highest level
Requirements:
- Complete 500 total units with an additional attendance at 10 Scientific Wrestling sanctioned Training Events or other methods (see below).
- Affiliate with Scientific Wrestling and learning to win in the business of Catch_as_Catch-Can.
- Demonstrate mastery of advanced catch wrestling concepts. Meet all performance and knowledge benchmarks
- Host 2 King of Catch Wrestling tournaments (with our assistance), demonstrating your leadership in providing competition opportunities for aspiring Catch Wrestlers

Competition Experience
- Medal-winning competitions: 10 units per medal (maximum 100 units)
- King of Catch Wrestling tournaments hosted: 25 units each (maximum 50 units)
Primary Training Path
Accelerator Training Camps: 25 units per camp (main pathway to certification).
Annual Requirement: At least one camp per year to maintain skills and validation
Knowledge and Conditioning Challenges
- Gotch Bible Conditioning Test: 25 units for completing 500 Hindu squats, 250 Hindu push-ups, and 3-minute bridge hold
- Written Examination: 12.5 units for 80% pass rate on materials from Say Uncle!, Physical Chess, and Scientific Wrestling libraries
- Technique Audit: 25 units for demonstrating mastery of Catch Wrestling Takedowns, Submissions, and Nelson Family techniques
- Research Contribution: 12.5 units for technique dissertations that advance the field (maximum 25 units)
- WAR Catch Wrestling Completion: 12.5 units for finishing supplementary curriculum
