Erik Paulson Signs with Scientific Wrestling!

1. Erik Paulson joins up with Scientific Wrestling! We've just wrapped production on Erik's comprehensive neck crank DVD and I was simply amazed by Erik's depth of knowledge AND grappling ability! Once you see it, you'll understand why such high level athletes like Josh Barnett, Brock Lesnar, Sean Sherk, and Ken Shamrock have sought out his counsel. (Just so you know, first up we have Wade Schalles' Killer Cradles and Terminal Takedowns and Josh Barnett's next DVD too. We should also have a Macebell Strength Training DVD and a Certified Catch Wrestler companion DVD available in Q1 of 2008!)

2. Macebell Strength Training Seminar success: "Dear Jake, I had a great time at the Macebell seminar!! I never thought that you could do so much with the Macebell. I am still sore from all the different drills. Thank you for such a powerful learning experience---my training will never be the same! Please let me know about any other seminars or workshops! Thank you again!"

RKC "I attended the first East Coast Macebell Seminar in Maryland. My friend Morsey ran the seminar, being as he is the only person on this side of the country who is a certified Macebell trainer, and did a perfect job of it. I learned tons of Macebell exercises along with the details that make them work. The details are the important part in my eyes as not just anyone can pick up these might implements and swing away. In fact, I picked up my 10kg Macebell and tried to swing it before getting instruction and nearly ripped my arm off&:(. Having a qualified expert on hand to direct proper performance was definitely needed and Morsey helped me get the movements down, while still keeping my arms attached. I learned numerous swings, lifts, and various other types of movements that are going to add another dimension to my workouts. These lifts fried my grip, forearms, upper body and more. The price of the seminar was awesome because it also included my 10kg Macebell, a free DVD (The Physical Body II) and quality instruction."

4. UWF-Bushido "Make-Up" Episodes: Sorry for the technical problems this week at UWF-Bushido!
