Last Chance To Attend A Southern California Macebell Seminar...

1) Josh Barnett's PUNISHING RIDES DVD "Just wanted to say that Barnett's instructionals are amazing! His Punishing Rides DVD is phenomenal. When I can't actually roll with someone, I put one of his DVDs in and start taking notes. He is not only a great instructor, but SW does a great job of adding in the text and graphics to highlight important points. The production on Punishing rides was great. Thanks for all you do SW!" - Lee Montgomery 2) Certified Scientific Wrestler Audit - December 2008 "It was incredible, I really enjoyed myself. I learned a ton of new things. Catch-As-Catch-Can is a really full system and working with a master like Billy Robinson was incredible. I feel really privileged to have been a part of this program."
