The Bread & Butter Hold of Catch-As-Catch-Can: The Double Wrist Lock and more...!

People come to Scientific Wrestling because they can rely on the veracity of our information. No egos, no B.S., "just the facts, ma'am" as the saying goes: 1) Josh Barnett Dominated: Is Now Ready for Darth Fedor Josh uses the DWL over and over again to maintain control of Yvel:
josh Remember, you can be a fly on the wall of one of Josh's coaching sessions with either his Attacking the Guard DVD or his PUNISHING RIDES course!

2) Awesome NEW footage of Billy Robinson showing the DWL Here's Billy talking a bit about the DWL for the local Utah MMA show Taking It To The Mat: You'll even see my ugly mug make a rare appearance too (that's one of the many reasons why I don't put out my own instructional, despite the flattering requests LOL). Spots for the March audit are filling up fast, come train with me and Billy Robinson in SLC or Kris Iatskevich and crew in Montreal before we close ranks. By the way, we start teaching Scientific Wrestling at Mushin School at Self-Defense next Monday. We're having an introductory seminar tomorrow, Tuesday January 26th at 7pm. Hope to see all you SLC locals there!

3) Kris Iatskevich Lockflows Not to be outdone, here's a nice lock flow from the amazing Mr. Iatskevich featuring, yep you guessed it, the DWL! The reviews are starting to flow in from Volume 2 of his Competition Catch-As-Catch-Can DVDs. Volume 1 should be shipping in the next 10 to 14 days!
