1) Lesnar Uses CACC Staple To Control Mir During UFC 100 Brock was like a bully getting his milk money from Mir in this clip: I think the UFC announcers would do well to watch some of the Scientific Wrestling DVDs to stay up-to-date on terminology. They've been at a loss for words lately, not knowing that Brock was using a CACC staple (the Stockade) and then not knowing that Joe Stevenson used a "spladdle" on Nate Diaz. Greg Nelson and Erik Paulson have really taken Brock's game to the next level and it shows. Love to see more and more elite athletes doing like Josh Barnett and Erik and integrating REAL catch-as-catch-can into their arsenals!

2) Learning to Learn Catch-As-Catch-Can Billy Robinson is in Salt Lake City today! We have athletes coming in from all over to train, including some from as far as the U.K. Tomorrow he will be giving a seminar at the new training facility Altitude Fitness and Combat Sports in downtown Salt Lake City. Be sure to RSVP your spot today! The Montreal Scientific Wrestling Certification Audits with Kris Iatskevich will be held on the 8th and 9th of August in Montreal.

4) My wife's animal rescue this weekend, BIG EVENT in PARK CITY this weekend! Come visit our Pinups for Pups' Special Guests: Laura Nativo and Preston Casanova stars of the CBS reality TV show GREATEST AMERICAN DOG! Bring the entire family - especially the dog - out for this exciting fun filled day to benefit animals in need. The day will include athletic and non-athletic events for your pup and great activities and entertainment for all. Your dog will love the Yap Lap obstacle course, doggie derbies, musical sit, Frisbee toss, doggie high jump and best howl. Kids and parents can join their pets for a dog and owner look-a-like competition, best dressed and howling contast. Kids will also enjoy face painters, arts and crafts and so many more activities. Admission is FREE for spectators and dogs, with a $1 entry fee for events. The day will also feature exhibitors including pet related businesses, Dazzle Dogzz, Flyball performances, entertainment and refreshments for dogs and their human companions.
